The container construction process

''He who does not plan, plans to fail'' (Winston Churcill)

Thorough preparation and a predictable schedule

In our experience, every container and modular project depends on preparation and a predictable schedule, so we've made the steps of the process transparent for everyone. We guide our clients through the whole process: from the first personal consultation to the sketch plan, and from the detailed design to the turnkey solution.

The design of containers and modular constructions and customer consultations are carried out online or in person at our site in Vác.

Extensive experience in container design

We have the following references for container design:

Let's review the steps to be taken during the design, construction and installation of the container:

Container project steps: from design to installation

In our experience, all container and modular projects depend on preparation and a predictable schedule, so we have made the steps of the process transparent for everyone. We guide our customers through the entire process: from the first personal consultation to the sketch plan, from the detailed design to the turnkey solution.

Phase 1: Site assessment

The accessibility of the site has a fundamental influence on our construction technology, which can be of different types:

During an optional site visit, we will check whether the site is accessible by flatbed or crane truck, and what factors might prevent the finished elements from being lifted into place: e.g. power lines, neighbouring buildings, turning radii, vegetation, tunnels, access permits.

Phase 2: Drawing up a sketch plan and indicative price quotation

After evaluating the site conditions and consulting with you in person or online, we will prepare a preliminary indicative offer, which will be reviewed and a 2D sketch plan, or if required, a 3D plan, typically with the following content:

Phase 3: Detailed construction proposal

In the third phase, we prepare a detailed, individual offer and plan. Some sites require a planning process with planning permission, which is always regulated by the HÉSZ (Hungarian Local Building Regulations). In such cases, the involvement of an architect subcontractor is required.
The complete implementation plans (permit and technical execution) subject to authorisation consist of four main parts:

Phase 4: Contract signature, start of construction

A production deposit is required 15 days before the start of production. Once the payment has been made, the production process starts with the construction of the structure. Depending on the technical content of the project, site preparation and foundation, piping and electrical installation works will also start at this stage.

Phase 5: Internal works

Once the structural work is finished, the interior work begins: wiring, painting, tiling, insulation and other works.

Phase 6: Delivery, installation

At this stage, the modular house is ready for installation. We will discuss any logistical issues from our office and contact the crane company again. Our project team will manage the works on site. We will deliver to the requested and already prepared site within 15 working days from payment.
